What We Believe

We believe in one eternal God who exists as three distinct Persons: Father, Son (Jesus Christ), and Holy Spirit. He is the Creator and sovereign Ruler of all creation. (Genesis 1:1; Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
We believe the Holy Scriptures, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, are the inspired and infallible Word of God. They are wholly accurate and authoritative in all matters of faith and conduct, revealing the gospel of Jesus Christ and serving as our complete guide for belief and Christian living. (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20-21; John 1:14; Romans 1:16)
We believe Jesus Christ is both fully divine and fully human. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miraculous works, died sacrificially on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to heaven, and will return in glory. (John 1:1; Philippians 2:6-7; 1 Peter 2:24; Acts 1:11)
We believe all humanity is created in the image of God, yet every person has fallen into sin through rebellion against God’s will. This sinful condition separates us from God and makes divine salvation necessary. (Genesis 1:27; Romans 3:23; Isaiah 59:2; Romans 6:23)
We believe salvation comes through God’s grace alone, received by faith in Jesus Christ alone, apart from human works or merit. This salvation requires genuine repentance from sin. The Holy Spirit regenerates believers and empowers them for godly living. (Ephesians 2:8-9; Acts 3:19; John 3:3; Titus 3:5)
We believe the Church consists of all true believers throughout the world. We are called to worship God, proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, and demonstrate His love through our lives. Christ established two ordinances—baptism and the Lord’s Supper—as visible expressions of gospel truth. (Matthew 16:18; Matthew 28:19-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26; John 13:35)
We believe Jesus Christ will return visibly to establish His kingdom and judge all humanity. Believers will enjoy eternal fellowship with God, while unbelievers will face eternal separation from Him. Until Christ’s return, believers are called to live holy lives, love God and neighbor, pursue justice and peace, and faithfully share the gospel with all people. (Acts 1:11; Revelation 20:11-15; Micah 6:8; Matthew 22:37-39)
