Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Anywhere Bible College website and mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Anywhere Bible College (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service, especially those who purchase premium content.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. User Accounts

To access premium content, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Anywhere Bible College immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Anywhere Bible College reserves the right to terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms.

2. Premium Content & Purchases

Content Access: Premium content is accessible upon successful payment. Access is granted for individual, personal use only.

Pricing & Payments: All prices for premium content are listed on the website and app. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, [Insert Your Payment Provider, e.g., Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce Payments], and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All content provided on Anywhere Bible College’s website and app, including premium curriculum, texts, videos, audio, graphics, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Anywhere Bible College or its licensors. This content is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, adapt, modify, reverse engineer, resell, republish, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission from Anywhere Bible College.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: unauthorized access to the Service or accounts, distribution of harmful software (e.g., viruses), harassment, infringing on intellectual property rights, attempting to interfere with the Service’s operation, or sharing your account login credentials with others.

5. Disclaimers of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The content and services on this website and app are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Anywhere Bible College does not guarantee the content will be error-free or that access to the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

In no event shall Anywhere Bible College, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Termination

Anywhere Bible College reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to premium content at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Service or to any products or services sold or distributed by Anywhere Bible College will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Lynchburg, Virginia, or in a mutually agreed-upon alternative dispute resolution process.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
